How did the story begin:
It is the third challenge at Apple Developer Academy it was concerned with applications with accessibility features that care about human rights and localization to adapt to fit the culture. I met my teammate Lamya Alharbi, and we created a PASCAN application that met the goal of this challenge.
So, PASCAN is an app that scans boarding passes for people with blindness. The application was designed and built by using xCode and importing the VisionKit library that will help to scan the boarding pass and print it, and then it is read by VoiceOver.
كيف بدأت القصة:
كان ثالث تحدي في أكاديمية مطوري أبل يتعلق بالتطبيقات التي تدعم ذو الإعاقة الخاصة وتهتم بحقوق الإنسان. وقد التقيت بزميلتي لمياء الحربي وقمنا بإنشاء تطبيق PASCAN الذي حقق هدف هذا التحدي.
لذا، فإن PASCAN هو تطبيق يقوم بمسح بطاقات الصعود إلى الطائرة للأشخاص المصابين بالعمى. وتم تصميم وبناء التطبيق باستخدام xCode واستيراد مكتبة VisionKit التي ستساعد في مسح بطاقة الصعود وطباعتها ومن ثم قراءتها بواسطة VoiceOver.

The journey of PASCAN :
We started by putting ourselves in people with disabilities especially blindness and low vision position, and we figured that it is a challenge itself and the most simple task is a struggle for them. For that reason, the PASCAN app is an inclusive solution that helps blind people to read their boarding passes. We followed specific criteria to reach our goal:

لقد بدأنا بوضع أنفسنا في مكان الأشخاص ذوي الإعاقة وخاصة المكفوفين وضعف البصر واكتشفنا أن ذلك يمثل تحديًا في حد ذاته، وأبسط مهمة هي النضال من أجلهم. ولهذا السبب، يعد تطبيق PASCAN حلاً شاملاً ، واتبعنا معايير محددة وصلت إلى هدفنا:
